Founder and creator of Embody Holistic Living and trauma-informed somatic practitioner and holistic health coach. 


On a mission to help women overcome burnout, break free from perfectionism and people-pleasing, and step into a life filled with self-worth and unapologetic confidence.

I know what it feels like to struggle with feeling burnt out and disconnected from yourself, despite your best effort to manage it all. A few years ago, I was right where you are

Just like you, I wanted to find balance and thrive—not just in my business, but in my life as a whole.

I used to pour every ounce of my energy into my work and other people, leaving little for myself. I felt drained, constantly running on empty, and wondering if there was a better way to live.

But no matter how hard I tried, I continually found that the demands of my business and life kept pulling me away from the self-care and grounding I so desperately needed. 

The problem is that life and business demands never seem to stop. There's always another email to send, another task to complete, another person needing your time and energy. You might have tried to carve out time for self-care, but that quickly got overshadowed by the constant to-do list. 

I went in search of a solution that could help me feel whole again, like myself again.  

But when I couldn't find exactly what I needed, I made it mission to create a holistic framework-one that incorporates somatic practices, seasonal wisdom, and a deep focus on self-nourishment. I have seen so much success with it that I just knew I had to share it with others. 

Now, just a few years later, I feel more balanced, fulfilled, and aligned than ever before. I wake up each day with clarity and energy, connected to my inner wisdom and empowered to live a life that nourishes my mind, body, and soul.

And I can't wait to guide you to your own transformation. 

I believe that everyone deserves to feel deeply connected to themselves, confident in their worth, and empowered to live a balanced and fulfilling life.


And I have spent the last 5 years helping hundreds of women just like you to overcome burnout, embrace self-worth, and create a life that feels aligned and joyful.
 

But I have spent my whole life dedicated to understanding what it means to truly thrive—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. My passion for holistic living and somatic healing comes from my own journey of overcoming challenges, discovering balance, and learning to honor my own needs. Now, I’m here to guide you on your path to living with intention, grace, and empowerment.

As a trauma-informed somatic practitioner and holistic health coach, I bring a unique blend of expertise, empathy, and lived experience to my work. I've walked the path of striving to "do it all" and learned the power of slowing down, setting boundaries, and prioritizing self-care.

 

My approach combines evidence-based practices in somatic healing, mindfulness, and holistic wellness, alongside a deep understanding of the challenges faced by busy women entrepreneurs. 

My mission now is to guide women through the challenges of burnout, perfectionism, and self-doubt, helping them reconnect with their inner wisdom and create lives that are balanced and grounded.
